Being down to earth and wild at heart, I have a lot of passion and I LOVE all things yelling: soccer games, when things get louder around the table after a few glasses of wine, dancing and screaming with my gals, sing/yelling during my daily dopamine walks in my headphones and even the tender, heartbreaking yells of NOOOO!! after a difficult loss. I believe that those of us who have the capacity for great pain are able to connect to the greatest joy! For me, yelling has been a pathway back to myself, my power and my creativity. I’m hoping to create a nurturing and dynamic space for whatever comes up for YOU! COME YELL WITH US!!

HI! I’M SAM! I’m an LPC in STL and I own Wonder Ground Therapy, LLC. I often have a lot of energy in my body I like to move out by talking, singing, dancing, laughing, and occasionally yelling! I’m so excited for this group because I see how hard it can be for my clients to access the true power of their anger. I believe anger asks us to take action, stand our ground, and move towards authentic empowerment!
